You can book a session online through our scheduling system by visiting the Booking Page and selecting your preferred date and session type. You can also click on the Shop page to view and book upcoming mini sessions. If you prefer, feel free to contact me directly to book your session. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your spot.

I recommend choosing outfits that complement each other without being too matchy-matchy. Neutral tones, soft colors, and simple patterns photograph beautifully. You’ll receive your edited images within 3-4 weeks after the session. An online gallery link will be sent to you where you can download your high-resolution images.

Yes, I travel for sessions! Sessions outside the Lehigh Valley area will incur a $100 travel fee if you live with in an hour of the Lehigh Valley. Other fee may apply if further away. Contact me to discuss the specifics of your location.

Absolutely! Personal items like heirlooms, blankets, or toys can make the session more meaningful. If you’d like additional props provided by me, there is a $125 add-on fee. Please let me know in advance.

If the weather isn’t cooperative for outdoor sessions, we’ll decide 2 hours in advance whether to reschedule. I always work with you to find the next available date!

Keep It Fun: Let your kids know this is going to be a fun experience. Avoid putting pressure on them to "perform" for the camera.
Bribery Helps!: Offering small treats or a reward after the session can be a great incentive for good behavior.
Bring a Favorite Toy: A beloved toy or blanket can help your child feel more secure.
Plan Around Naps/Meals: Schedule your session at a time when your kids are typically well-rested and fed. This helps avoid meltdowns and ensures happy smiles.

I aim to make each session relaxed, fun, and natural. Here’s what you can expect:
Interactive & Playful: We’ll spend time capturing candid moments, laughing, playing, and interacting. I like to focus on natural expressions and interactions.
Posing Guidance: Don’t worry about knowing how to pose. I’ll guide you through the entire process, helping you find the most flattering and natural poses.
Relax & Have Fun: The best photos come when everyone is relaxed and having fun. Don’t stress if things don’t go perfectly—sometimes the unplanned moments create the best memories.

After the session, your photos will be carefully edited and ready for delivery within 3-4 weeks. I’ll send you a link to your online gallery where you can download the high-resolution images and order prints if desired.
I typically post a sneak peek or preview of your session on social media, but if you prefer not to have your images shared publicly, please let me know ahead of time, and I’ll respect your privacy.
Client Policies

A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required to secure your session date.
Your session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid.
The remaining balance is due day of the session.

Standard Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session once without incurring a fee if rescheduled at least 3 days before the session date. If you wish to reschedule less than 3 days prior, a rescheduling fee of $100 may apply.
Cancellations: Cancellations made before the session will forfeit the non-refundable retainer
Weather-Related Rescheduling: If inclement weather is expected, a decision regarding rescheduling will be made 2 hours before the session. If rescheduled, a new date will be offered.
Rescheduling Due to Illness: If you or anyone in your group becomes ill before the session, please notify me as soon as possible. I understand that illness can be unpredictable, and I want to ensure everyone feels their best for the session. We will work together to reschedule for a new date. One illness-related reschedule is allowed without any additional fee.

Please arrive on time and be prepared. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrivals.
For themed sessions, such as mini sessions (e.g., unicorn, pumpkin stand), specific outfits or props may be recommended. Please consult the Photographer for guidance.
For family sessions, coordinate outfits that complement each other without being too matchy-matchy.

Edited digital images will be delivered within 3-4 weeks after your session via an online gallery.
Clients will be able to download high-resolution images for personal use.
Prints and products can be ordered directly through the gallery.
Galleries will be available for 30 days. After 30 days, the gallery will expire. There will be a $100 fee to reopen expired galleries.

The Photographer retains full copyright of all images.
Clients receive a personal-use license for digital downloads. Commercial use of images requires written permission from the Photographer.

By booking a session with Meghan Marie Photography, you agree to allow the Photographer to use your images for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated.

Due to the custom nature of photography, all payments are non-refundable once images are delivered.

The safety of all clients is a priority. The Photographer is not responsible for injuries, damages, or accidents that occur during the session.
Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the session. Disruptive or dangerous behavior may result in the session being terminated without refund.
