Client Agreement

  1. Illness Policy:

    • The session retainer is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

    • If anyone in your family becomes sick, Santa will offer a Zoom or FaceTime call as an alternative.

    • You may also transfer your retainer to a friend or family member if the Zoom option is declined.

    • If Santa becomes sick, you may opt for family photos or transfer your retainer to a friend or family member.

  2. Immediate Family Only:

    • No extended family photos are allowed. One session per family.

  3. Child Behavior Policy:

    • I am not responsible for how children react to Santa. While we will do our best to help your child warm up to him, children may cry, not smile, or be unwilling to sit with Santa.

    • We cannot extend your session time or reschedule due to your child’s behavior, and retainers will not be transferred.

  4. Rescheduling:

    • Once you reserve your date and time, changes or moves to a different date or time will not be allowed.

  5. BOGO Offers:

    • Buy-one-get-one offers cannot be applied to Santa sessions.
